- Your email address, used to deliver your download link and receipt
- A payment reference number provided by our payment processor, Paystack
We do not collect or store your payment credentials, payments are handled securely by Paystack, our payment processor.

- To deliver the guide(s) you purchased and generate your personal download link
- To send order confirmation and receipt emails
- To respond to support requests, including "resend my download" requests
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our download system
3. Who we share information with
We share limited information with the following service providers, solely to operate the store:
- Paystack — processes your payment
- Resend — sends transactional emails (receipts, download links)
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, our database, and file storage, and helps protect the site from abuse
We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may collect basic technical information (such as your general location and browser type) for security and performance purposes.
5. Data retention
We keep purchase records for accounting and support purposes. Personalized (watermarked) copies of guides may be periodically deleted from storage; they can always be regenerated from your original purchase record if you need a resend.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about your purchase, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children's privacy
Our store and checkout are intended for use by adults. Our Child Safety guide is written for parents and guardians and is not intended to be purchased or accessed directly by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
